The recent Patron’s Lunch was held to celebrate Queen Elizabeth’s milestone 90^th birthday and her patronage of more than 600 charities and organisations.

10,000 guests enjoyed exclusive patrons lunch hampers created by industry experts, Marks and Spencer’s including Remmerco’s exclusive bespoke Glazz trays created to mark this unforgettable celebration.

The Remmerco Glazz trays were designed to present the main dishes in this special al fresco lunch. The 90mm Glazz tray and lid contained delicious Scottish Lochmuir salmon, which is slower grown for fantastic taste and texture and slow smoked over wood chips from an oak tree grown on the Sandringham estate in Norfolk.

The 160mm Glazz bowl and lid featured free-range chicken from Pembrokeshire farmer Justin Scale, and tender, in-season asparagus grown by the Chinn family in the Wye Valley.

The hamper was well received by many guests on The Mall telling our volunteers what a great job we had done.”

The results far exceeded the expectations of the Royal Ascot Racing Club and as a result of its success, Dalebrook Supplies recently launched the product to the market at this year’s Restaurant Show.

Dalebrook’s contemporary Copper Tea Stand is a practical solution for any busy catering environment with a difference. Unlike other bulky stands, the Copper Tea Stand can be stored neatly away when not in use as a result of its removable rustic wood effect melamine platters. Easy to use, the platters are practical, durable and designed to stand the test of time.

The platters can also be used on their own and showcase a textured wood effect, accompanied by all of the product benefits of melamine including chip resistance and dishwasher safety. They also feature longer overlapped edges on the base which prevent them from slipping out of the stand.

Dalebrook, the leading supplier of high quality melamine food display products has announced its partnership with Wildwood Restaurants, part of Tasty Plc.

Based in London and the South, Wildwood is a collection of contemporary restaurants serving stone baked pizza, freshly prepared pastas and a wide selection of grill options. The innovative restaurant group recently opened 50 restaurants across the South East with another three planned to open over the coming months.

Wildwood met Dalebrook at the 2014 Restaurant Show. Keen to explore new innovative food service designs for their restaurants, Head Chef Marcel Gjini was impressed by Dalebrook’s melamine range. Wildwood selected Dalebrook’s Marble and Rustic Wood Effect Platters enabling them to deliver a stylish solution and move away from real wood which was difficult to clean.

Made entirely from melamine, the Marble and Rustic Wood platters are a lightweight and practical alternative to wood for any food service environment. The attractive products are both shatter proof and break resistant too meaning they will stand up to the rigours of everyday use in busy kitchens.

Dalebrook Supplies and Wildwood worked closely together to select four different product ranges which are now being used in 50 Wildwood Restaurants to serve a range of meals including pizzas, steaks and breads.
